How to place an order?

If you have any comments, write in the text box.

Then go to Checkout

If you are a new customer, you can decide to open an account with us or not. This is not a requirement, you can always continue without creating it.

Choose the type of payment: PayPal or Credit/Debit card

Enter your Discount code if you have one

Complete your payment

How do I send my photo for a Free Quote?

Please e-mail us your photo to info@dreamphotostudio.co.uk describing what would you like us to do with your photograph.

How long does it take?

Usually it takes 2-3 working days. However fantasy designs could take longer, up to 5 working days. 

Have you got any Express Service options?

For an extra fee we will start to work with your photograph immediately. It will be ready for you to approve in 24 hours. Please check our Additional Service.

When do I pay? Do you need a prepayment?

Yes, we will wait for your payment first; we will start to work with your photograph straight away, after receiving your purchase confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes our service could not meet your expectations, so you can use your right to cancel it.

It works this way:

First you place your order and send us your photograph.

When your photo is ready, we send a small, watermarked version to your e-mail address, so you can check it and approve it.

If you are pleased with the result, we e-mail a full high resolution copy of your enhanced photo, as well as a small copy, an easy way to share with your family and friends.

If you are not fully satisfied we are happy to do revision. We will ask you to give us as much as possible details about what you would like us to change.

But, if you are still not happy with our work, you can request a cancellation and full refund. However, we cannot accept cancellations if you cannot give us a sensible reason.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by PayPal, as well as all major Credit/Debit cards, we use secure payment getaway, Nochex.

Can you print my enhanced photo?

Please use our Additional Service to order a print of you final design.

Can you burn my photos to a CD-ROM?

Yes we can burn your design to a CD-ROM, please go to Additional Service to order this Service.
